Nylon 6/6 Cable Ties

Standard Nylon Cable Ties, (also known as nylon ties, plastic ties, wire ties and tie wraps) are the most safest and cost effective way to keep your cabling projects neat and firmly organized.

Nylon 6/6 is the most standard grade used today throughout the world and is suitable for most practical applications with a continuous temperature of up to 60'C. ES & JT Cable Ties are made from Nylon 6/6 and have an operating temperature between -35°C to 85°C which has been certified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc.

ES & JT Nylon Cable Ties are available in both Natural and UV Black. Natural Nylon Cable Ties, the most often used cable tie, meets UL94V-2 flammability ratings and is resistant to most chemical acids.

UV Black Nylon Cable Ties are used in areas where continuous or extended exposure to outdoor sunlight is possible. It is also the only cable tie allowed to be used with the Australian Telecommunications Industry. The UV Black Cable Tie has the same specifications as the the Natural Cable Ties, but is weather Resistant and able to endure additional ultraviolet light.

Nylon Cable Ties can be used in countless applications from projects in your garage to bundling wires together in the house. These nylon cable ties are adaptable to any environment and can be used both inside and outside of the house. ES & JT cable ties are made with a one piece construction to provide consistent performance and reliability. Cable bundles for these Nylon cable ties can have a diameter up to 50mm and can be linked together with other Nylon cable ties of the same size to house even larger bundles.

The ES & JT nylon cable ties are UL94V-2 rated and have a maximum continuous operating temperature of 85 ° C. ES & JT Nylon Cable Ties also have one of the lowest threading force of any other cable tie currently on the market. Using these cable ties in conjunction with an adhesive mounting base make a perfect cable wire management solution.

We currently do not stock adhesive mounting base or other sizes of the Nylon Cable Ties, and this includes Velcro Cable Ties and Resealable cable ties. Towards the beginning of next year however we may look at stocking these Cable Ties if the demand is present.
